[BUG] Minimax speech synthesis not available in extension
### Description 当我在切换TEN-AGENT中的tts为minimax时，出现了如下的报错，提示循环报错问题。测试过程中，发现提供的bytedanceTTS存在同样问题。 排查过程中发现，tts为cosytts时可以正常启用RTC的对话，而上述minimax出现的报错并非100%事件，但概率大于95%。具体的报错截图如下：
