Ok so it was just cuz the branch was pre-berkeley and IF the work is to be finished we should do so in a new branch & PR. Makes sense! Thanks!

Everyone hated the PR template. It didn't accomplish what we had hoped. We shouldn't do it again.

Blocked. Coordinating changes in run-time. Major change in the way sample data is stored. Run time translates submission data into mongo. Mary has started working on this.
