Cap players to 4
## What - Playerchain capped at 4 players - ("go" presser + 3 random peers based on peer id alphabetical order). This means you can kinda work out who's in and who's not before the game starts....Steedie pushed 4 commits to cap-4-players playmint/playerchain-demo
