If you remove the PCB 3D model would it decrease the size of the step? if so, try doing that!

Can you specify a length of screw you're thinking of? otherwise you may get ones that are too long/short

Nice job on this! Super close, just needs to the following changes: - The case should have a USB-C cutout, otherwise it's not going to have a spot for the usb port to come out of Good luck!

This is great, but a couple things: - the case needs to be broken up into multiple, 3d printable STL files - You need to use the through-hole XIAO footprint Good luck!
