Create profile if no profile given

More serve options - Start Zotero only

有时候会想打开开发用 profile 的 zotero，而不是针对某个插件的，可能需要打开插件目录，start，这样会载入插件并且 watch，有时候仅仅是想测试个东西，不需要 watch，这样有些麻烦了。可以全局安装这个包，提供一个子命令，然后从环境变量读取 zo bin path 和 profile path，启动 zotero。（不过这个其实可以通过创建个快捷方式解决？...
