先登入cookie,这是最近youtube设置的验证 , 一般是年龄限制和被视为机器人这两种情况出错。这个只能使用cookie,因为现在下载youtube视频都是借助yt-dlp，但是我在其他软件支持yt-dlp的app上使用cookie也无法下载，有点鸡肋，所以最好借助第三方网站下载youtube视频，比如我常用的y2mate.com
