Moving option "link-citations: true" to default files stops actually linking of citations
In commit 8004e3e2614a3e6efc04f7a9cbc62172cfbe05d0 all pandoc options were moved from makefile to pandoc default files. Somehow the option `link-citations: true` stopped working then.
