进入视频详情页播放视频后全屏视频概率会黑屏
### 问题描述 切换全屏视频会变成黑屏，只有声音，并且无法拖动进度条 ### 复现步骤 打开一个视频切换到全屏会变成黑屏，并且无法拖动进度条，必须退出，重新进入视频才可以正常 ### 预期行为 正常全屏观看 ### 错误日志 没有错误日志，软件版本是1.1.3-70aecd1e，系统版本是安卓15，HyperOS 2.0.101.0，手机型号是小米14Pro

小屏竖屏视频的大小是否能再大一些？
