[FR] 允许空降助手修改用户公开ID | 更明显的公开ID与私人ID提醒
### 功能描述 抱歉理解错了piliplus的用户ID修改功能，不过我想大部分人都认为piliplus的ID修改功能修改的是公开ID而不是私人ID。 ### 目标 如果可以的话希望添加修改公开ID的功能，或者在用户ID的选项卡内明确提醒用户该选项修改的是私人ID，不是公开ID
