Calling this `vote` would be consistent to the equivalent comment and post methods. It should also reference the `atproto.Vote` type instead of being copied here.

Probably worth extracting this (and the same one for comments) into the data layer so it can be called on post creation and comment creation.

Publish lexicons
Create lexicons and an accompanying client package. Doesn't actually use it in the frontpage code yet, I'll create a few PRs to do this as followups. There's no need to review `lexicons/com/`...
