This repo contains both the Quill Learning Tools, such as Quill Connect, and the Quill Learning Management System, the platform that enables teachers to provide assignments and view results. I'm not sure that the `if relevant_texts` code does anything here since `relevant_texts` includes `|| {}` which is "truth-y", so I think that the `if relevant_texts` logic is always true.
