Sanitize node host input on add node
The add node should automatically remove trailing /, and http:// or https:// in the URL since these makes the host URL invalid

Show disconnect warning when user deletes connected node
When the user deletes the connected node we should show a wanring like the current one for disconnecting from the connected node.

Update initial nodes list
The current initial nodes list contains 4 nodes, 2 of which seem to no longer be active. We should update the list to have new nodes.
