Why call create keys both here and in 328? Not familiar with RNBiometrics but shouldn't the code be if keysExist call deleteKeys here? Otherwise we just calll twice the create here

**Describe the bug** 1. Fix crash on selecting Add contacts option from Key added modal of external key. 2. The key added modal should be consistent for all types of keys including external key.

As tested by Utkarsh, if the file is invalid, the user gets a toast error "Please Scan a valid file from COLDCARD". We don't have to mention anything beyond this now, I think.
