Added module loading info and clairfied SIP info in autopatch.md. Added text to sip-phone.md to put module loading above [global] stanza in modules.conf, same in autopatch.md

When adding new pages you also need to update `.../mkdocs.yml` file and `.../docs/adv-topics/index.md`. That helps with the topic lists, index, etc.

For a simplex patch, it transmits for a period of time, then pauses to see if the radio is receiving anything. Vox is involved on the telephone side. It works quite well.

Copied the wiki page into md format. Submitting just this one to see how it goes. Next PR can include all the other open issues for wiki page transfer together if all goes well.
